The condominium market on Panama City Beach experienced a positive return for the 1st Quarter of the year after experiencing a decline from the 4th quarter of 2012.
Analyzing the data from MLS closed sales, the median sales price increased +9.1% for the Quarter period and overall sales volume was up 11% from the prior 12 month Quarter period. The standing inventory has been reduced by some -8%. As the summer season approaches, this market segment will likely start heating up along with the weather.
