I recently finished compiling and analyzing the 2010 1st quarter real estate trends for Bay County including the condo sector of Panama City Beach.
Overall sales volume has increased over the last 2 quarters although prices continue to correct from prior periods. As we enter the summer months, this will likely spur some increase in sales volume. There is a significant amount of REO inventory and short sales competing with existing inventory in the condominium sector which will continue to soften market pricing in the short term.
