In a prior post, I mentioned the new commercial development that was on the drawing board to mesh with our new International Airport.
Well, it’s official. Development is underway for VentureCrossings with the first phase consisting of 1,000 acres of developed land. The first phase is slated for 600 acres of manufacturing and distribution, 300 acres of industrial and flex warehouse; and 100 acres is earmarked for office, hotel, and retail space.
Our area certainly needs a shot in unemployment arm, so I wish them the very best on this project.
